December 1999- Steve Handmaker launches Site Development Solutions, Inc. as a provider of engineering, construction, and real staffing personnel for the wireless telecom industry.

February 2000- SDS is hired by Sprint PCS and staffs multiple Engineers and Real Estate contractors in the New Jersey, New York, Chicago, and Atlanta Market's.

March 2000- SDS is hired by Nextel Communications and staff multiple construction project managers throughout the Eastern United States.

April 2000- SDS opens Chicago office. Services expand to full service wireless telecom construction.

May 2000- SDS is contracted by Crown Castle USA and Sprint PCS to build wireless sites throughout Chicago metropolitan area.

June 2000- SDS is contracted by Nextel Communications to build wireless sites throughout Georgia.

November 2000- SDS is one of two companies's chosen by Sprint PCS to upgrade their Chicago 3-G network.

March 2001- SDS expands services to include commercial construction.

May 2001- SDS is contracted by American Tower Corp. to build wireless sites throughout the Midwestern US.

July 2001- SDS is awarded The CommScope Gold Contractor Award.

November 2001- SDS is contracted by T-Mobile to build wireless sites throughout the Midwestern US.

February 2002- SDS is contracted by Sprint PCS to build wireless sites throughout the Southeastern US.

October 2003- SDS expands services to include governmental construction projects.

January 2004- SDS is contracted by US Cellular Corp. to build wireless sites throughout the Midwestern US.

February 2004- SDS is contracted by Nextel Communications to build wireless sites throughout the Midwestern US.

May 2004- SDS is contracted by Verizon Wireless to build wireless sites throughout the Southeastern US.
